On May 4, 2015, the New Jersey Appellate Division unanimously overturned a $4 million award to Allstate Insurance Company against a national management company and its principal for allegedly rendering fraudulent advice on the formation of multi-disciplinary medical practices. Chris Turcotte represented the successful appellants in this 16-year litigation. See Allstate Ins. Co. v. Northfield Medical Center, P.C., et al., 2014 WL 8764091 (N.J.App.Div. May 4, 2015).
